Freaking Awesome!!!!!!!

I have no sound - whats wrong?

My download had no sound - then I deleted and tried again, still no sound.

Good App

I love this app because it has every owl in the US on it, and theyre easy to browse through. The puzzles and games are fun too. I have one problem though. For some reason the photos seem to be kind of fuzzy and almost pixelated. I have the latest iPod touch; does it just not work well on that? I had this app on my old iPhone 3 and the photos were beautifully clear. Please fix this or optimize it for the latest iPod/iPhone. Thanks!

Disappointed

Could never get this app engaged.. So disappointed.

Love Owls!

I love owls so much, and this gave me a opportunity to learn more about them! My favorite is the Barred Owl.

Not Working.

Its not letting me access the app even though I have an Audubon account. It wants people who are already registered with Audubon to enter their password twice (which seems silly). I enter mine and tap to go to the next field; then the app locks up and I cant get any farther. ERHmd

SAD!

SAD. Im dead serious if I worked on this Apple Application I would be one Developer that would be ashamed & embarrassed!! Apple = Quality Audubon = Quality Audubon Apps put out by this company "National Audubon Society" are EXPENSIVE AND DO NOT FUNCTION. I am working with the latest technology(iPhone 6 plus & iPad Air 2) and I have last generation devices also(iPhone 5s & iPad Air). Thats around $3,000.00 in cost of the highest mobile technology available and $19.99 for an App is not cheap. I figured it would be s great app. It cost 1% of the technology I have it on. The "National Audubon Society" should be putting out top notch, aesthetically pleasing, educational pictures and descriptions of John James Audubons unmatched documentation of American living creatures, both flora and fauna. Its like an uneducated developer put these 3 apps together. Approximately $30.00 worth of apps by his Society and for them to have been updated almost 5 months ago indicates they had the latest iOS version and plenty of time to fix the bugs that are so vast that I cant even start with the issues these apps have. Apple should force them to update to the quality one would expect or pay the buyers of these apps back double what they spent and ban them for life! SAD REPRESENTATION OF JOHN JAMES AUDUBONS WORK. HIS FAMILY SHOULD SUE THE SOCIETY UNLESS THEY OWN IT AND IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. _

App seems to get hung up

For the first night this app seemed great. After that it got hung up on a log in screen. After deleting it from iPhone (6) and mac desk top making sure that it got put in trash and trash dumped I reloaded. This time it got frozen before I heard the first hoot. Sadly I tried this before purchasing the birding app.

Awesome app about owls

This is a fantastic app if you enjoy owls or just want to learn about them. Great pictures, sounds and video.

Doesnt take advantage of the GPS

Why cant we get a list of nearby owls? The app knows when and where we are. And since I live in California putting that in isnt much help. Its a rather large state.

Informative guide

Easy to use; useful info including images and calls.

Log in still there

Version 1.5 says they removed "annoying log in prompt" but its still there. So review written earlier still goes: This WAS a great app but now suddenly they want your email before you can use it. Can you not just use it as a guest? Havent "called in" any owls yet, but still they visit me. Too bad Ill have to delete the app.

Does not work

Asks to respond to email but never sends an email so app cannot be used

Very cool

Awesome

AVOID

Even though I paid for this I now have to enter my email address, but then it NEVER SENDS ME A RETURN EMAIL like it says it is going to. Utterly worthless, especially when there are many other good programs out there: iBird, Sibley, Peterson

This app is Amazing.

I love owls, and I love bird watching and learning about them. This app is a very handy tool for someone who loves the same things I do. Its easy to use, informative, and overall the perfect hand-held nature guide for owls. In my opinion, its worth the download time for no-wifi usage. Extremely pleased with this.

Useful and fun

I am an amateur bird watcher and this app along with an app on backyard birds helps me along. Love it!

So informational!

Awesome app to help identify owls by sight and sound...love the sightings map as well.
